I bought 4 of these butter knives. One for me and the other three for my children as a Christmas gift. It is so much easier when the butter comes straight from the refrigerator, just drag the knife across the top. No more battling hard butter for toast.

Bought this for my husband. The "butter" he uses has to be kept refrigerated and it is really hard. He loves being able to get what he needs and spread it rather than large chunks. It also cuts bigger pieces for cooking using the serrated side.

I keep our butter cold and this spreader is the greatest knife I have ever used to spread cold butter on toast and also on bread, rolls etc. It doesn't tear up the bread. Both sides are very unique in the way they work. Plus the end I create swirls on fancy breakfast rolls with frosting. It also works great when spreading mayo or dressing on sandwiches. Be for I had this spreader I always had globs of dressing or butter spread unevenly. Know I can spread it as thin as I want or as thick. Once you have one you will wonder why someone didn't invent it sooner.

I absolutely love the butter spreader. To tell you the truth...it saves on calories. You aren’t as likely to cut off more than you want (or need). The spreader allows you to drape your butter over a half baked potato. You still get the taste you want. The sifter is just out of this world. I have needed something like this forever. You don’t waste flour but more importantly you don’t get flour, powdered sugar etc everywhere! It’s a lot less messy. Thank you so much.
