- NO NEED TO GET HANDS STICKY: THE DANISH WHISK is strong enough to mix sturdy doughs without the need to use your hands, meaning you don't have to get dough all over yourself.
- CLEANER: Dough does not stick and accumulate on the head making it much easier to clean than a standard whisk.
- GREAT FOR ALL DOUGHS: Sturdy, professional dough whisk works with bread, cookie, dumpling or pizza dough as well as crepe, pancake or waffle batter.
- BETTER THAN AN ORDINARY WHISK: The Danish Dough Whisk doesn't bend and, unlike a normal whisk, the dough won't accumulate on the stainless-steel wire head making it better at whisking thicker doughs like pizza, sourdough or cookie. It can even be used for meatloaf.
- MULTIPURPOSE: Works like a whisk and a wooden spoon. The stainless steel head can be used to scrape the edges of bowls just like a spoon so you will require fewer utensils when baking.
- EFFICIENT: Much more efficient at mixing heavier or even lighter doughs than a normal whisk would be. This lightweight, efficient kitchen tool mixes the stickiest dough or blends and folds almost any ingredients in practically no time; perfect for those who prefer not to use an electric mixer.
I couldn’t find any information about your company before I placed my order. But, I’ll gamble with $15 for a unique baking tool. It is much nicer than I expected. It has a smoothly finished, comfortable handle, good quality stainless steel, and no manufacturing imperfections. I am very happy with it. Best of all is how it works. I made homemade pizza the day after it arrived. Wow, half the work as usual and the dough was delicious. The Danish Dough Whisk is a winner in every way. Thanks for a great product.
I received mine yesterday, and the first thing that stuck me was the fine quality. I make a lot of no-knead doughs and tried it first thing this morning. All I can say is wow! Fantastic. I could not be more pleased.
I don’t like to mix meatloaf with hands. Usually I wear gloves. This time I used my new tool and it was a breeze. Worked so good. Thanks I really like it
I love this tool. I grow zucchini and during the season I make it into a bunch of loaves Of zucchini bread it was great to be able to whisk the eggs and oil and zucchini and not have a big clump sticking to the whisk and then be able to use the same tool to fold the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Absolutely fabulous very strong and wonderful
Its wonder full just mixes flour and liquids together so easy Just pull flour from sides to the middle till a rough mix them keep going to where you want to start kneading
I am very pleased with the Danish Dough Whisk. Its very well constructed. Using the Danish Dough Whisk makes short work of pre-mixing my bread dough before I put it in my Kitchen Aid mixer for kneading. I was surprised at how well the whisk mixes the dough with the wet ingredients. Its a keeper!
I have two in my kitchen and buy these as gifts for people who I teach to make home made bread. Great gift. Love how the dough just slides off and hardly anything to clean. I use dough whisk when making no knead bread, cakes, and thick batters. Tip: when working with cleaning off dough (bowl, whisk, etc.) use a kitchen brush not a sponge. If needed the kitchen brush can be placed in dishwasher.
I love this product! This is an excellent product for my hobby use in soap making. It is very sturdy and durable. The stainless steel holds up in various levels of trace. I may need to order a separate set just for cooking.
This dough whisk is really good quality, its very strong and doesnt bend easily at all I definitely cant see this whisk breaking. The handle is smooth pretty and feels comfortable in my hand with no splintering
Never used one before. I just made the No Need Pizza Dough recipe in half the time with half the effort. The curve of the tool fit better and worked better against the side of the stainless steel bowl for getting that last thin coat of flour dough scraped and incorporated (completely removed it, which also defied common sense that wire would when a spoon and scraper often does not), and very little (almost no) dough stuck to the tool making cleanup a cinch as well.
I make pizza doughs and this works very well for them. Would recommend
Great little thing
Honestly, I have only used this once and it really did work well for mixing plus my hands and arms did not get as tired as usual. The dough I was mixing is difficult to hand mix but this tool really helped to make it easier to mix and then to mix dried fruit into the dough. I cant wait to try it on other dough recipes and heavy cookie batters.
If you have something heavy to mix, this is the best tool. King Arthur Flour has something quite similar but at a higher cost plus shipping. Really, if you have a dough or batter thats heavy and you dont want to pull out the big mixer, this tool will be just what youre looking for! Highly recommended!
I never used anything like this for mixing bread dough before, but it is great. Dough comes easily off the wire and it mixes well. And its kind of fun to use
My wife always liked using a hand mixer instead of her large 7qt stand mixer with a dough hook. This has completely replaced everything else, works great, easy to use, cleans up nice.
More comfortable to use than a spoon, and more efficient than a whisk.
Love this dough whisk
This is a very sturdy dough mixer that does everything it is said to do. No complaints at all. I will only hand--wash it to keep the handle nice.
These are great. I hate kneading dough, so I make spoon bread or batter bread. I dont have a standing mixer, and Id almost given up on the endeavor because using a wooden spoon to stir thick dough is almost as annoying to me as kneading. Everything changed when I got this tool. When the dough is a mass of sticky elemental goo, this tool actually allows you to mix it.
I did as some other reviewers suggested and put some silicone in the connection between the handle and the metal whisk. Great idea people! this works great for no knead bread recipes. easy to use. Keeps my hands out of the dough.
This one little instrument replaces FIVE [count-em] utensils I otherwise ordinarily use: a whisk for early stirring of doughs, a wooden spoon for final mixes, a big chop stick I use for stirring my sourdough starter when I feed it, and a fork for mixing pancake batter, scone dough and Welsh-cake dough. Now this one does it all - and better. And the clean-up is easier! What more can you ask of a device?
Extremely useful tool
Whips up sourdough starter as well as other sponges and mixes quite well.
I didnt know how hard I was working until I got this. I watched many reviews on YouTube and better cooks than I have sworn by this. Now I see why! Handles very thick dough and eliminates lumps in batter.
very good tool for non kneading breads
I had made einkorn bread and was mixing the dough with my hands. The dough gets super sticky and would be all over my hands. I would lose quite a bit of dough and it was difficult to remove from my hands. This hand mixer is easy to use, it is hand powered, though, so some strength is necessary. It mixed the dough thoroughly and was easy to clean. I would recommend.
These are some very quality ridden whisks! I love using them and I love that it came with a tiny one to mix drinks and such. Just what I was looking for!
