It is not flimsy. Feels solid and well weighted in my hands.
The only potential downfall I can see is that it doesn’t have the ability to hold icy water for crusts.
I’m loving the fact I will have the ability to get even, rolled-out doughs for pie crusts, cookies and more!

I really do like this, wish I had this year's ago when I was doing a lot of baking. Using my hands is a slight problem for me since I have arthritis in my hands. If it had some kind of handles like old rolling pins would be a great help to people like me. It may not stick to crust but did have some sticking with cookie dough. Otherwise a great product.

My husband likes to bake pepperoni bread which requires rolling out dough. I only had a 6 inch wooden rolling pin used when making tortillas and if was a frustration to my husband due to it being so small. Saw your add on FaceBook and ordered your "adjustable" rolling pin and made him a very happy man. Sorry I have no pictures. We could "adjust' the rolling pin to get the desired thickness and it worked perfectly!

Light weight, perfect for challenged bakers. Watch out for the end circles as they will dent/cut whatever you are rolling out. Longer than my old rolling pin so make sure you have a drawer long enough to store.

This is the first new rolling pin I have purchased in 40 years! I love it. My husband and I made Valentine cookies a couple of days ago and we both tried it. I used the red size discs for the sugar cookies and they all came out perfectly uniform. So easy to get the right size now. This is a great product.

Have only used it once. There is a learning curve as I really think it needs to be a tad bit longer to allow for the rolling out of dough. Once I figured out that I had to do it in sections then it went smoothly.

Well, here I am.
I've tried more ridiculous ideas for getting my dough the right thickness, up to and including stacking tongue depressors. Have you ever tried rolling dough with the rolling pin on tongue depressors?
No? Don't.
I love to bake and have been baking since I made my first pie at 5 years old (with supervision, of course.) That was 66 years ago.
I must have, or have had, nearly every kitchen gadget that's ever come out. This is one of my favorites.

I love the rolling pin. However, beware of the "specials" they offer when you are trying to check out. Even if you accidently click "ok", it adds it to your order without even showing you the new order, to accept. I hated that and will not order from them again, because of it. It's sneaky.

I’ve used this once, so far. I love how I can get a consistent thickness of the dough. I used it to make a pie crust and it worked well. The dough did stick a bit to the roller, but dusting the roller with more flour work. Looking forward to using it more!

Loved it! Was making cookies with my granddaughter that were supposed to be 1/4 inch thick. We were using my old rolling pin and things just weren’t working right - ended up patting with our hands. The weekend after I received the new rolling pin, I put on the correct disk and didn’t even have to think about getting the thickness right!
